SIGNATURE DESIGN
Signature Design is AAVA interior studio’s full-service interior design offering, created for residential projects in Wiesbaden, Frankfurt and across the Rhein-Main region. Each project is guided from the initial concept through to final implementation, following a clear and considered approach that brings structure and continuity to the entire process.
Rather than approaching decisions in isolation, the design is shaped through a cohesive vision, allowing materials, colors and spatial composition to work together with intention. This results in interiors that feel balanced, timeless and carefully curated.
The process follows a defined sequence of stages, providing clarity at each step while allowing space for thoughtful refinement along the way.
A 15-minute introductory call is a simple way for us to get to know each other and talk through your ideas, questions, or early thoughts about your home. It's complimentary and easy to schedule online.
This conversation helps explore possible directions and gives us a sense of whether working together feels like the right fit.

THE DISCOVERY CALL

During the on-site visit, the designer meets you in your home, or in your future home, to gain a clear understanding of the space and your needs.
This 90-minute session is offered at a fixed fee of €180 and allows for an in-depth discussion of your ideas, priorities, and the overall direction.
You receive initial design guidance during the visit, followed by a written design protocol that captures key ideas and recommendations.
Potential next steps and options for further collaboration are discussed, allowing you to decide afterwards how you would like to proceed.
THE DESIGN VISIT

The design vision translates your ideas and preferences into a clear visual direction, giving the project its first sense of identity.
Drawing from the insights gathered, a moodboard is developed together with a curated color palette that defines the overall look and feel of the space.
This stage lays the foundation for the design, ensuring that materials, tones, and atmosphere are aligned before moving into further development.
The moodboard and color palette are refined in close collaboration until the direction feels right and reflects your expectations.

The design concept translates the vision into a clear spatial proposal, bringing structure and definition to the overall layout.
You receive a scaled 2D floor plan, outlining the layout, zoning and key furniture placement, and illustrating how the space is intended to function.
A complementary design board presents the proposed material selections in a cohesive digital format, showing how finishes, textures and key elements come together.
The design is refined in close collaboration, with up to two revisions included, ensuring the outcome aligns with your preferences and feels clear, considered and complete.
THE DESIGN CONCEPT

The 3D development brings the design to life in a detailed and realistic way.
You receive a three-dimensional model of the space, including selected furniture and photo-realistic renderings that illustrate the final look and atmosphere.
Key material samples are presented alongside the design, allowing for a tactile understanding of the proposed finishes and how they interact in the space.
The design can be further refined based on your feedback. A detailed furniture list is provided for your review and final approval, ensuring clarity before moving into implementation.

Once the design and furniture selections have been approved, the project moves into implementation.
All selected items are ordered and managed through to delivery and placement.
All works, including painting, custom carpentry and installation, are carefully coordinated and overseen throughout, ensuring that each element is executed as intended and with close attention to detail at every stage.
The result is a fully realised interior that reflects your preferences and way of living, where all elements come together with clarity, balance and a sense of quiet refinement.
